雅思口语4.5分的水平是比较低的成绩，只是在熟悉的环境中有基本的理解力，表达错误很多，不能使用复杂的英语。

雅思考试分为四个部分，分别是听力、阅读、口语和写作。

每个部分独立计算分数，总分是四个部分总和的平均分。
